The Sony DCR-HC21 camcorder offers plenty of features for the budget-conscious camcorder shopper. Though it lacks some of the features of the higher-end HC- camcorders (like a docking station and NightShot capability), the Sony HC21 offers the same fundamental features of its more expensive counterparts, including 20x optical zoom, and a 2.5" color LCD.
