The M20 looks like a solid camcorder on paper, but in reality, that skyward-facing lens is really, really awkward to use (we slammed it in our review of the C10). Aside from that, this looks like a decent camcorder with full HD video and 8x optical zoom. Check it out in stores before you buy it, we insist.
