Sony CX330
Preview of the Sony CX330.

Hey! You should know that Sony has released a newer version of this product: the Sony CX440 Handycam.

Sony's Handycams tend to be pretty solid shooters and the CX330 looks like it has made all the right cuts to hit the under $350 mark without going cheap on quality. The Sony CX330 shoots at a nice 60fps speed, and while the 1/5.8" sensor isn't as big as some of their more advanced models, it should suffice for a budget camcorder. With a maximum aperture of f1.8 at the wide end and a backlit sensor, the Sony CX330 should also do well in low light compared to others in the category. There's no built-in memory, but at this price, it's not really expected.
