Canon makes tiny update with R60
Wi-fi is about all the R60 has that the R50 doesn't.

Hey! You should know that Canon has released a newer version of this product: the Canon VIXIA HF R70.

Canon seems to be devoting their attention to the videography from their DSLRs--their 2015 camcorders (at least their January releases anyway) appear to be nearly clones of last year's models. The exception? They now have wi-fi. The Canon R60 is the Canon R50 but with wi-fi and blue accents on the exterior. Of course, we're disappointed with such mediocre updates, but the R60 still has a place in the market. The Sony CX440 should have better video quality with 50 Mbps, but if you're looking for zoom, the R60 offers more in that category.

With such a small update, you'll find a better deal on the older R50. It's the same thing, just without wi-fi.
